The fourth OST of JTBC‘s Saturday-Sunday drama ‘Madame Ok’s Tale (written by Park Ji-sook, directed by Jin Hyuk)’, ‘THE TALE OF LADY OK’, in which Danny Koo participated in the performance, will be released on various music sites at 6 PM on the 29th.
‘THE TALE OF LADY OK’ is the theme song of Ok Tae-young, the female protagonist of ‘Madame Ok‘s Tale’, who started out as a slave and became a nobleman, but is more elegant and intelligent than anyone else and is a role model for many.
It is a concerto-style piece composed with a large string orchestra and violin ensemble, and the violin melody resembles Ok Tae-young’s warm heart, humanity, and elegance.

Music director Jeong Ye-gyeong, who has served as the general producer and music director of many OSTs and has been recognized for her outstanding musicality, took charge of composing and producing this piece herself, and together with Danny Koo, who is leading the popularization of classical music, they have completed a repertoire that will be loved for a long time, like Itzhak Perlman‘s main theme song in the film ‘Schindler’s List’.
‘Madam Ok‘s Story’ is a drama that depicts the fierce survival fraud story of Ok Tae-young (played by Im Ji-yeon), a foreigner whose name, identity, and even her husband were all fake, and Cheon Seung-hwi (played by Choo Young-woo), an entertainer who risked his life to protect her. It airs on JTBC every Saturday and Sunday at 10:30 PM.
