Jeon So-min makes comeback on ‘Running Man’, appearing as a guest a year after leaving the show [Official]
Actress Jeon So-min is returning to ‘Running Man’. She will be joining the show as a guest a year after leaving the show.
On the 30th, an SBS official told Donga.com that Jeon So-min recently participated in the recording of ‘Running Man’. Along with Jeon So-min, actor Choi Daniel, who co-starred with her in the drama ‘I Will Send You Jisong Again’, weightlifter Park Hye-jung, and judo athlete Kim Ha-yoon appeared as guests. The segment is scheduled to air in January.
Jeon So-min joined ‘Running Man’ as a regular member in April 2017 and has received much love for her quirky and bold character. However, in November of last year, she said, “I decided that I need time to recharge so that I can show you a better side of myself through my activities, including acting,” and left the program after 6 years. The last broadcast was also conducted as a race called ‘Omniscient Somin‘s Viewpoint - Goodbye Somin’.
Jeon So-min appeared in the drama ‘Divergence and Cynical’, ‘Today, Jisong’, and finished filming the romantic thriller film ‘Veranda’. In July, she announced a new start by transferring her agency to Studio Santa Claus Entertainment. Recently, she confessed her current situation in a video on Ji Suk-jin’s YouTube channel, saying, “Since I didn‘t have anything scheduled, I couldn’t see the future. I even overdid it by moving,” and that she worked part-time at an acquaintance‘s cafe after leaving ‘Running Man’.
