‘It‘s fortunate that you get a good rest’ Lee Yeon-bok creates a new concept of Menbosha on a deserted island.

The 30th episode of the MBC entertainment program ‘It’s fortunate that you get a good rest’ (directed by Kim Myung-jin, Shin Hyun-bin, Lee Jun-beom, Kim Ki-ho / written by Kwon Jeong-hee) to be aired on January 6th will feature the second day of ‘Chefs on an Uninhabited Island’, featuring Chinese cuisine god Lee Yeon-bok, Japanese cuisine master Jeong Ho-yeong, and Western cuisine king Fabri. Trot crown prince Park Ji-hyun, who has newly joined Boom, will accompany them on their 0.5-star uninhabited island management story, while ‘CEO Ahn Jung-hwan, Park Jun-hyung, Kim Min-kyung, and chef Raymond Kim will watch them and talk to them in the studio.

On this day, Lee Yeon-bok, Jeong Ho-yeong, and Fabri prepare a last dinner for their guests. First, Lee Yeon-bok decides to make his signature dish, ‘Menbosha’, at the request of his guests. Menbosha, a dish made by putting minced shrimp meat between slices of bread and frying it, literally means bread and shrimp. However, Lee Yeon-bok challenges himself to make a new Menbosha on a deserted island without bread or shrimp.

Lee Yeon-bok confidently says, “I am the best Menbosha in Korea”. He once again worked the magic of creating something from nothing. Expectations are high for the visual and taste of the new Menbosha he will present using only the ingredients found on the deserted island.

Jeong Ho-young challenges himself to make fish cake, something no one has ever attempted before, on a deserted island. He makes 100% handmade fish cake using the highest quality fish, and he is proud to say that it is “the most expensive fish cake in Korea”. This unique and fresh culinary feast that can only be found on a 0.5-star uninhabited island is expected to stimulate the interest of viewers.

Park Ji-hyun, a young man from Mokpo who worked in the fishing industry, will also be a great assistant to the chefs. He personally takes up the knife and starts preparing fish for the chefs who need it. He surprises everyone with his skilled skills, as expected from someone from the fishing industry. Upon seeing this, Fabri is surprised and doubts his eyes at the unbelievable reality that a singer can even prepare fish, adding to his curiosity.

The unique and splendid 0.5-star uninhabited island dishes that Lee Yeon-bok, Jung Ho-young, and Fabri will present can be seen on MBC‘s ‘Good to Get a Good Rest’ Episode 30, which airs tonight (the 6th) at 9 p.m.
