The 185th episode of tvN‘s ‘Naked World History’, which will air on the 7th, will expose the history of human evolution.

According to the production team, Professor Kim Jun-hong of the Department of Humanities and Social Sciences at Pohang University of Science and Technology will be the lecturer. Professor Kim, who received his doctorate in anthropology from the University of Washington in the United States and is conducting in-depth research on ancient humans, plans to delve into the curiosities surrounding human ancestors one by one.

Before the full-fledged lecture, Professor Kim Jun-hong said, “I want to talk about a mystery that mankind has not been able to solve for a long time and a heated controversy that shook world history,“ raising curiosity. A detailed account of the birth of mankind, the stages of evolution, and how mankind became the sole ruler of Earth among countless living creatures.




Professor Kim Jun-hong emphasizes that the process was by no means easy, especially when mentioning research to trace the origins of mankind. The explanation that they went to remote areas to find traces of ancient humans, had a fierce fossil excavation competition, and even had a rare fossil fabrication scandal is surprising. Misunderstandings and truths about the process of human evolution, and what humanity will look like in the future will also be revealed, adding to the curiosity.

Meanwhile, actress Yoon So-hee and Peter from England will join as mates that day. Peter, a biology major, and Yoon So-hee, a KAIST graduate, added to the informativeness of the lecture by telling interesting stories related to the origin of mankind and episodes of fossil excavations.
