GFRIEND, celebrating their 10th debut anniversary, reunited as a full group for the first time in 4 years to show off their same-level sharp choreography, outstanding live performance skills, and even more eloquence.

GFRIEND (Sowon, Yerin, Eunha, Yuju, SinB, Umji), who appeared on KBS 2TV‘s ‘The Seasons - Lee Young-ji’s Rainbow’ (hereafter ‘Rainbow’) that aired on the 10th, performed a series of mega-hit songs, including ‘Me gustas tu’, which became the first girl group to reach 100 million streams, and ‘Rough’, which was arranged into a ballad version. The six members showed off perfect synergy in both performance and vocals despite being on stage after a long time.

During a talk with MC Lee Young-ji, GFRIEND unanimously denied the rumors of their ‘disbandment when their contracts expired, saying, “The 10th anniversary is meaningful and significant. All the members have thought that we should definitely celebrate it since a long time ago. That‘s why we came back.” In fact, it is known that the members met with Source Music consistently while promoting individually and planned 10th anniversary activities together.

The members said, “We prepared a solo concert, Asia tour, and music shows for our comeback. We wanted to see our fans’ faces quickly, so we practiced without resting. We will show activities that will satisfy our fans as much as we prepared hard. When we made a comeback in the past, people often asked us, ‘Have you been waiting for a long time?’, and we are grateful that you have remained unchanged for so long until this activity. I will repay Buddy (BUDDY. Fandom name) for the hard work.”

The highlight of the broadcast was the special album’s title song, ‘Season of Memories’. The soaring melody and flawless performance captivated both the eyes and ears. The six members received cheers from the audience for their stable band live performance while performing intense choreography.

Meanwhile, GFRIEND will appear on MBC’s ‘Show! Music Core’ on the 11th and SBS’s ‘Inkigayo’ on the 12th. On the 13th at 6PM, their special album ‘Season of Memories’ to commemorate their 10th debut anniversary will be officially released.
