Comedian Park Na-rae has finally succeeded in her belly fat burning project.
On the evening of the 10th, a video titled ‘People who are new to Jiu-Jitsu (WITH. Seol In-ah and Park Na-rae)’ was posted on the YouTube channel ‘Maemi Kim TV’.
In the last episode, Park Na-rae went on a New Year‘s diet at Kim Dong-hyun’s recommendation. The video that day showed her practicing Jiu-Jitsu with actress Seol In-ah. Park Na-rae revealed, “I‘m doing MMA now”, receiving much anticipation from those around her, and then she caught everyone’s attention by showing her struggling to learn techniques like armbars.
Returning to her daily life, Park Na-rae once again entered into a battle with herself. In particular, she went all out on a diet, even giving up company dinners for the programs she was appearing on. Park Na-rae not only controlled her diet, but also gradually increased her muscle mass through hard training such as sit-ups, squats, and chin-ups every single day.
The promised day finally arrived, and Kim Dong-hyun, who saw Park Na-rae, couldn‘t close his mouth and said, “Wow, you’ve really lost a lot of weight.” In particular, her protruding belly fat disappeared completely, stealing everyone‘s attention. That’s not all. She surprised everyone by perfectly completing 12 chin-ups, twice as many as she used to do 6. Her consistent effort had borne fruit.
