Lim Ji-yeon finally faces her former landlady, Ha Yu-ri.
On the 12th episode of JTBC‘s weekend drama ‘Lady Ok’s Story’ (written by Park Ji-sook, directed by Jin Hyeok, Choi Bo-yoon) aired on the 12th, the story of Ok Tae-young (played by Lim Ji-yeon) and Cheon Seung-hwi (played by Chu Young-woo) who face a shocking crisis during the happiest moments of their lives unfolded. The ratings were 10.2% in the metropolitan area and 9.2% nationwide, the highest viewership rating per minute was 11.1% in the metropolitan area, and the target 2049 viewership rating was 3.3% in the metropolitan area (based on Nielsen Korea paid households).
Ok Tae-young, who thought Cheon Seung-hwi had left home, ran barefoot to him and returned home after confirming her feelings for him once again. However, unlike the two who had resolved their misunderstanding and become sweethearts again, a storm was raging throughout the house. The sibling couple, Seong Do-gyeom (played by Kim Jae-won) and Cha Mi-ryeong (played by Yeon-woo), and the family members, Maxim (played by Kim Jae-hwa) and Dok2 (played by Oh Dae-hwan), were fighting each other.
Seong Do-gyeom and Cha Mi-ryeong, who had misunderstood each other‘s feelings, eventually realized each other’s true feelings after their fight. After that, when Seong Do-gyeom, who had been waiting for his transfer, went to Hongmungwan, the two left for Hanyang together. In addition, Dok2, who had been resentful of Maxim due to his awkward expression of feelings, was reborn through Cheon Seung-hwi‘s special training(?) and made everyone laugh.
Here, Cheon Seung-hwi passed the special examination with the highest score and brought honor to the Seong family. He wrote his answers while recalling the things his wife Ok Tae-young had done even when the test was unexpectedly directed, and this led him to the highest score, leaving a valuable result. In addition, due to Cheon Seung-hwi’s wish to pass the examination in the past, Maxim and Dok2 got married. Amidst the warm smiles of the entire family, the love between Ok Tae-young and Cheon Seung-hui also deepened.
A dark shadow was creeping up on these people who had been spending their days happily without any room for improvement. As more and more people were scammed by Mansoo Sam in Cheongsu-hyeon, Ok Tae-young‘s office outside the county began receiving requests for related cases.
This was a measure proposed by the newly appointed magistrate as a measure to deal with the crisis in Cheongsu-hyeon. Yu Hyang-so Cha Jwa-soo (played by Yoon Hee-seok), who had a bad feeling about this, did not accept it, but when his wife, Lady Hong (played by Jung Soo-young), fell for the magistrate’s trick, things got worse. While the whole neighborhood was in an uproar over the fraud, Ok Tae-young also went to the government office to find out the truth about the case.
However, Ok Tae-young found his old master Kim Nak-soo (Lee Seo-hwan), who had been appointed as the new magistrate, and as he was hurriedly running away from the shock, he also ran into Lady So-hye (Ha Yul-ri). Kim So-hye, who recognized her former servant Gu Deok at a glance even after many years, blocked his path, saying, “It‘s really nice to meet you, Gu Deok.” People are curious about how Ok Tae-young will be able to escape this life-or-death crisis.
The fates of Lim Ji-yeon and Chu Young-woo, who are shaken to their core, will continue in episode 13 of JTBC’s Saturday-Sunday drama ‘Lady Ok‘s Story’, which will air on Saturday, the 18th at 10:30 p.m.
