The Netflix series ‘Trauma Center’ starring Joo Ji-hoon has raised expectations by releasing its main poster and main trailer.

‘Trauma Center’, which will be released on the 24th, is a thrilling story that unfolds as Baek Kang-hyuk (Joo Ji-hoon), a genius surgeon who has been active on the battlefield, is assigned to resuscitate the ineffective trauma team. The relentless running and thrilling performance of the trauma team, who do whatever it takes to protect the patients‘ golden time, is expected to provide thrilling pleasure.

The main poster and main trailer released on the 13th stimulate curiosity about the activities of Baek Kang-hyuk, the ‘Hand of God’, and ‘Team Severe’, who will save the ineffective trauma team. The imposing aura of elite fellow Yang Jae-won (Choo Young-woo), 5th-year severe trauma team senior nurse Jang Hyeon-mi (Ha-young), and anesthesiology and pain medicine resident Park Kyung-won (Jung Jae-kwang) following the confident Baek Kang-hyeok in the poster is intriguing. With each of these individuals having their own unique personalities, expectations are high for what kind of synergy they will create as a ‘one team’ and a fiery sortie to revive the neglected severe trauma center. The sly appearance of Han Yu-rim (Yoon Kyung-ho), the head of the proctology department, shouting ‘Down with Baek Kang-hyeok’, also catches the eye.

The main trailer that was released together creates a spectacular development that goes beyond imagination and exhilarating pleasure with pleasant laughter. Korea University Hospital is turned upside down by the appearance of Baek Kang-hyeok, the ‘hand of God’, who saves people with a single scalpel. Baek Kang-hyuk, who has a rough personality that is proportional to his outstanding skills and who never compromises when it comes to saving people, leaves a strong first impression by calling a helicopter from the first day as predicted by the hospital director. Baek Kang-hyuk, who rides a doctor helicopter and goes directly to the scene where the patient is, and those who raise complaints and questions about his methods foreshadow a difficult conflict. The hospital director’s suspicious behavior, which digs into Baek Kang-hyuk‘s past, also adds to the curiosity. Attention is focused on whether Baek Kang-hyuk, who goes his own way despite any sabotage, will be able to safely revive the severe trauma center.

Director Lee Do-yoon expressed his confidence by saying, “I wanted to capture all the emotions that a human can feel based on a comic action hero film. I tried to create a work that can make you laugh, cry, feel the speed of the action that makes you sweat, and even get angry and think about the value of life.”
