Actors Lee Jun-young and Jung Eun-ji meet as a gym-crazy manager and a worry-prone Helen in ‘24 Hour Gym’.

The new KBS 2TV drama ‘24 Hour Gym’ (directed by Park Jun-soo / written by Kim Ji-soo), scheduled to air this year, is a heart-pounding muscle growth comedy about the tenacity-filled gym manager Do Hyeon-joong as he drastically corrects the lives of the worry-prone Helen members.

‘24 Hour Gym’ is directed by director Park Jun-soo of ‘Gaussian Electronics’, ‘The God of Music’, and writer Kim Ji-soo of ‘Postpartum Care Center’ will join the cast. Here, actors Lee Jun-young and Jung Eun-ji embark on a drastic acting transformation through ‘24-Hour Gym’.

First, Lee Jun-young plays the role of Do Hyeon-joong, the director of ‘Giseungjeongeun(筋)’Health Club’. Hyun-joong, who was born smaller than a 1.5kg dumbbell, is a person who rewrote his life through exercise alone. He engages in a desperate survival game between the self-employed and the trainer.

Jung Eun-ji plays the role of Miran, a member of ‘Mugeun(筋)bon‘Health Club’. Miran, who has to say goodbye to the foods she loves so much and stamp her attendance card at the gym, experiences the hell of her life. Attention is focused on whether Miran, who started exercising after being frustrated with love and life, will be able to successfully reboot her life after meeting passionate trainer Hyunjoong.

The combination of Lee Jun-young and Jung Eun-ji alone is raising the heart rates of potential viewers, and the fantastic chemistry that the two will create as the manager, Hellchigwang, and the member, Hellin, is also raising expectations. In addition, the two will present vicarious satisfaction and healing to viewers through the process of taking care of and loving their bodies through exercise.
