JTBC‘s ‘Ssulzun’ will be revived after 6 years as a ‘Special Ssulzun’ amid the impeachment situation.

‘Ssulzun’ is a current affairs talk show with diverse perspectives and candid remarks that cross over the ruling and opposition parties. ‘Special Ssulzun’, revived after 6 years with MC Kim Gu-ra, will gather and candidly unravel the hottest news that you shouldn’t miss amid the chaotic impeachment situation.

The first episode of ‘Special Ssulzun’ will feature original ‘Ssulzun’ lawyer Jeon Won-cheok and ‘former judge’ Rep. Park Beom-gye. With President Yoon Seok-yeol‘s arrest warrant imminent, the two are expected to have sharp differences of view on the key issues of the impeachment situation. The production team explained that in the recent recording, there was an intense debate over issues such as the execution of an arrest warrant for President Yoon Seok-yeol and the impeachment bill excluding the charge of sedition.

In addition, the ‘Special Ssulzun’ will feature a ‘Night of the Ruling and Opposition Parties’ where incumbent lawmakers from the four ruling and opposition parties will gather in one place and engage in a fierce debate. In the first episode, first-term and second-term lawmakers from the four ruling and opposition parties, including Democratic Party of Korea lawmaker Kim Han-gyu, People Power Party lawmaker Jo Jeong-hoon, Fatherland Innovation Party lawmaker Shin Jang-sik, and New Reform Party lawmaker Lee Jun-seok, will gather in one place and engage in a fierce debate with sharp wit over their respective party’s current issues.

‘Special Ssulzun’ will be first broadcast at 8:50 p.m. on the 15th.
