MBC‘s ‘I Live Alone’ will reveal Lee Jang-woo, the self-proclaimed ‘1st generation camper’, going on a New Year’s camping trip to get in the spirit of the great outdoors in 2025. While Lee Jang-woo foreshadows a simple camping trip unique to Go Soo-soo, the sight of the ‘Prince of Powder’ researching the secrets of ‘savory taste’ and an icebox full to the brim are capturing attention.
On the upcoming 17th episode of MBC‘s ‘I Live Alone’ (directed by Heo Hang, Kang Ji-hee, Park Soo-bin, Lee Kyung-eun, and Moon Ki-young), Lee Jang-woo’s solo camping trip to welcome the New Year in 2025 will be revealed.
Lee Jang-woo shows off his pride as a ‘1st generation camper’ while packing up the camping gear scattered all over the house, saying “I don‘t drive like anyone else.” Starting with auto camping, Lee Jang-woo has experimented with backpacking, camping cars, and even yachts, and he has returned to simplified camping and is going camping with minimal luggage.
In the revealed photos, contrary to Lee Jang-woo’s boasts (?), an icebox full of ingredients that looks like it‘s going to burst is captured, drawing attention. He goes back and forth to the refrigerator until the end to check for missing food.
Lee Jang-woo also summons the ‘Prince of Powder’, takes out a scale and a container covered in plastic, and begins mixing various powders. He reveals his belief that he is studying chemistry to research ‘What on earth is savory taste?” and says, “Cooking is science(?)”. Lee Jang-woo’s appearance as he carefully mixes unknown powders, saying, “I‘m putting in really important powders”, is reminiscent of a laboratory. It makes people curious about what the ‘secret recipe for savory flavor’ is that he created.
Lee Jang-woo, who was heading to the campsite, called his father and said that he was going camping alone, and his father nagged him, saying, “Take your friends with you!”, causing laughter. After running for a while, Lee Jang-woo arrived not in front of the campsite, but in front of someone’s house. He desperately calls out to someone, saying, “The house I used to live in.”. People are curious to see who Lee Jang-woo is looking for and what his memories of living there 10 years ago are.
Lee Jang-woo preparing for the New Year‘s camping in 2025 can be seen on ‘I Live Alone’, which will air on the 17th at 11:10 PM.
