The script reading site of KBS2‘s new daily drama ‘Cinderella Game’, filled with the actors’ burning passion, has been revealed.

‘Cinderella Game’ (directed by Lee Hyun-kyung / written by Oh Sang-hee), scheduled to premiere in December, is a story about a woman who was used as a fake daughter by her enemy and became the incarnation of revenge, growing and healing as she realizes the true meaning of revenge. Director Lee Hyun-kyung, who wrote ‘Let‘s Grab Her by the Collar’, Drama Special 2023 ‘Confession Attack’, and writer Oh Sang-hee, who wrote ‘Elegant Mother and Daughter’, ‘All Kinds of Daughters-in-Law’, ‘Sons and Guys’, have joined forces.

Director Lee Hyun-kyung, writer Oh Sang-hee, and trustworthy actors Na Young-hee (as Shin Yeo-jin), Han Groo (as Goo Ha-na), Ji Soo-won (as Choi Myung-ji), Choi Jong-hwan (as Yoon Sung-ho), Choi Sang (as Hwang Jin-goo), Park Ri-won (as Yoon Se-young), and Kwon Do-hyung (as Goo Ji-seok) were all present at the script reading, raising expectations for the drama.

As the script reading began in earnest, the actors heated up the set by showing off perfect chemistry from the very first breath. First, Na Young-hee perfectly transformed into the role of Shin Yeo-jin, who is cool and cold but always misses her missing daughter, proving the true value of a veteran actress. Han Groo, who plays the responsible, passionate head of the household ‘Goo Ha-na’, also left a deep impression. She cheerfully expressed a bright and positive character, adding power to the drama with her undeniable passionate acting. Ji Soo-won instantly fell for the role of ambitious mother Choi Myung-ji, and Choi Jong-hwan also transformed into the husband ‘Yoon Sung-ho’ who is having a hard time with his wife who values business more than people, adding to the immersion with his passionate acting that became one with the script.

Choi Sang, who transformed into the affectionate and capable CEO of Hyesung Tour ‘Hwang Jin-goo’, and Park Ri-won, who played the role of his fiancé ‘Yoon Se-young’, showed off their bickering chemistry as lovers and added rich fun to the drama. In addition, Kwon Do-hyung, who transformed into Goo Ha-na’s younger brother ‘Goo Ji-seok’ who prepares for revenge against Hyesung Group, heated up the scene even more.

The acting of the actors who showed 100% synchronization with their characters just through the ‘script reading’, piqued curiosity about the relationships between the characters entangled in the ‘Cinderella Game’. The synergy they will create, the story that anyone can relate to, and the fresh and unpredictable development that will endlessly stimulate curiosity have raised the expectations of potential viewers to the max.

‘Cinderella Game’ is scheduled to premiere on Monday, December 2nd at 7:50 PM as the follow-up to ‘Scandal’.
