‘KBS Drama Special 2024’s second one-act drama ‘Find Handsome’ delivers warm comfort to young people who live with dreams.

‘Find Handsome’ (directed by Son Seok-jin, written by Lee Nam-hee) airing on the 12th is a road movie that depicts the journey of Cutie, an unknown idol who has been disbanded for 13 years and dreams of a comeback, as he sets out to find his missing former member Handsome.

Oh Seung-hoon (as Cutie), Han Eun-sung (as Genius), Lee Woo-tae (as Shy), Kim Jun-beom (as Tall), and Hong Jong-hyun (as Handsome) unite in ‘Find Handsome’ as the ill-fated unknown idol ‘Oh Prince’. The colorful character feast of the five actors who cross genres from comedy to mystery is expected to be portrayed.

Cutie, Genius, Shy, Tall, and Handsome debuted as the idol group Oh Prince in 2009 with ambitious goals. Thanks to Handsome, who has outstanding looks, Oh Prince receives the public‘s attention and settles into an upward trajectory, but Handsome suddenly announces his withdrawal, leading to the disbandment process. Everyone is curious to know why Handsome, who had promised to dance with Cutie for the rest of his life, decided to withdraw and what the secret is that he has not told anyone.

13 years have passed since the disbandment, but member Cutie still hasn’t given up on his dream and continues to audition. While waiting for the text message saying he has passed the ‘Final! Dancing Star Main Tournament’, Cutie makes a fatal slip of the tongue when a reporter asks for an interview about Handsome‘s disappearance. His one word, said in anger, causes uncontrollable waves in the entertainment industry. Here, the remaining members who were fiercely living their own lives are summoned by the press, and they set out to find Handsome to restore their image and turn public opinion around.

Oh Seung-hoon, Han Eun-sung, Lee Woo-tae, Kim Jun-beom, and Hong Jong-hyun depict the journey of Oh Wang-ja, who was an idol 13 years ago, and the youth in their 30s who live with dreams in their hearts in a road movie. In this era where not giving up and achieving is the only way to have a happy ending, it will provide small comfort to those who feel alienated.
