The global fan voting for the survival of the SBS global boy group audition program ‘Universe League’ contestants has begun.

‘Universe League’ opened the first global fan voting on the 11th. Global viewers can cheer for the contestants they support so that they can continue in the Dream Match. You can participate once a day in three places: the ‘Universe League’ official voting apps KTOPSTAR and HIGHER, and the SBS official homepage. The counting period is until 11:59 PM on the 17th.

The method of participation is also simple. First, choose the 7 boys you want to cheer for. Then, you just have to choose one ‘favorite’ among the 7 contestants, also known as the First Pick. The global fan voting will directly affect the survival of the contestants in the Dream Match. Attention is focused on what kind of variables the viewers‘ pre-selection will have on the broadcast.

‘Universe League’, which will be first broadcast on the 22nd, depicts the boys’ dream match to win the Prism Cup. The 42 participants are divided into three teams: Rhythm, Groove, and Beat, and sometimes they cooperate and sometimes they compete fiercely. One of the reasons people are looking forward to the program is that it has a concept that combines sports elements with K-pop, unlike existing idol auditions.
