‘Hanbli’ will cover an assault incident on a bus.

The South Korea Zero Traffic Accident Challenge JTBC ‘Han Moon-chul‘s Black Box Review’ (hereafter ‘Hanbli’), which will air on the afternoon of the 12th, will highlight an indiscriminate assault incident that occurred on a Busan city bus on the 2nd of last month. The released CCTV footage shows a shocking scene of a woman in her 20s assaulting a grandmother sitting next to her and her 4-year-old grandson sitting on her lap. The ‘Hanbli’ production team hears the whole story of the incident through the father of the victim. The father of the victim says that the assailant suddenly started assaulting the child who was sitting on the grandmother‘s lap when his arm touched him. Even the grandmother bit her arm, and the child is known to be avoiding seeing his grandmother, beyond just having a nosebleed, which is heartbreaking. To make matters worse, the female perpetrator was admitted to a psychiatric hospital on the same day as the police investigation, claiming to have ‘intermittent explosive disorder’, and Kyuhyun is truly angry, saying, “I really want strong punishment”.



In addition, ‘Hanbli’ introduces an incident of arguing that occurred while changing lanes. In the revealed black box footage, a black box car that was making a left turn is seen being threatened when it recklessly cuts in and refuses to let go. After the black box car stops at a traffic light after making a left turn, the driver of the car behind gets out of his car, hits the black box car’s window, and continues to swear at it, engaging in other outrageous behavior. In response, Han Hae sighed, saying, “This is so ignorant,” and attorney Han Moon-chul said, “The driver who caused the accident was fined for intimidation and insult, and a civil lawsuit will also be filed,” and the panelists were relieved.
