Actor Kim Dong-jun played an active role as Kim Byung-man‘s strong supporter in ‘Survival King’.

Kim Dong-jun appeared on TV CHOSUN’s ‘Survival King: Tribal War’ (hereafter ‘Survival King’) that aired on the 11th and played as a member of the jungle team with Kim Byung-man, Jung Ji-hyun, and Kim Min-ji.

The jungle team that Kim Dong-jun was a part of took first place in the tropical rainforest in round 1 with 5 flags and advanced straight to round 2, where they began surviving on an abandoned resort on an uninhabited island. Kim Dong-jun recycled debris abandoned all over the island to prepare items necessary for survival. Among them, when the physical team tried to loot the items, they shouted VAR (Video Assistant Referee System) and made everyone laugh.

After night fell, the first match began, and before that, a preliminary match was held to choose mercenaries. In the preliminary match that was played as a slingshot game, Kim Dong-jun volunteered to grab the slingshot. Kim Dong-jun showed his confidence by saying, “I‘ll finish it,” and he recorded second place and recruited Kim Min-ji, the “Karina of track and field,” as a mercenary to liven up the atmosphere.

Kim Dong-jun, who arrived at the hunting point and obtained it together with Kim Byung-man, safely delivered the fish he caught with the mindset of, “Rather than hunting together, let‘s save (Kim Byung-man’s) stamina.” In particular, Kim Dong-jun caught attention by showing his evil spirit of trying to overcome the physical limit with mental strength.
