A groundbreaking travel course has been revealed.

On the JTBC show ‘Tokpawon 25 Hours’, which aired on the 11th, healing was presented through a special online travel to Bahrain, the pearl of the Persian Gulf, the Cotswolds, a British countryside village loved by people all over the world, crossing three European countries in 10 hours, and even Kiruna, the northernmost tip of Sweden.

Tokpawon, who chose tradition as the first keyword, visited the Al Fateh Grand Mosque, the largest mosque in Bahrain, and experienced pottery in Ali, the birthplace of traditional pottery.

With the second keyword, freedom, we captured the unique sight of pork being sold in some stores permitted for foreigners in an Islamic country, and we also headed to the World Trade Center, the building that installed the world’s first large-scale turbine, which fits the third keyword, the first. Then, we took in the mysterious appearance of a ghaf tree estimated to be 440 years old standing tall on the wasteland, and we fully captured the last keyword, paradise.

The British talk show vividly conveyed the charm of the Cotswolds, where British-style houses and rural scenery are beautifully in harmony. Arlington Row in Bibury Village caught the eye with the roofs and walls of several houses lined up in a row. We also moved to Oxford and the places related to the movie ‘Harry Potter’ within Christ Church College heightened interest. In particular, Seunghee, who saw the portraits of graduates including Henry VIII in the Great Hall, which was the motif of the Hogwarts banquet hall, was completely absorbed as if she had entered the movie, saying, “It looks like it’s moving.”


Next, the French talk show presented special fun by crossing the borders of three countries in the upper Rhine River region where Switzerland, France, and Germany meet across the Rhine River. In Basel, the Swiss city of art, they visited the Basel City Museum of Art, in Weil am Rhein, Germany, where prices are low, they went shopping, and in Yunangue, France, they introduced cost-effective accommodations that overlook the Rhine River as well as Germany and Switzerland. In addition, Seunghee, who predicted the closest amount in the accommodation cost guessing competition, won.

Swedish Tokpawon learned about the Kiruna City Relocation Project, which moved the city center 3km to the east due to ground subsidence in Kiruna, a mining city where iron ore accounts for 80% of the EU supply, and decorated the show with a mine tour and an Aurora tour.

Although the chances of seeing the Aurora were high due to the bad weather with snow, the cast members were amazed by the mysterious Aurora that rippled the sky. Swedish Tokpawon was also touched, saying, “I think I’ll never forget today,” and Lee Chan-won responded, “I really can’t forget it.”

Meanwhile, the viewership ratings for the show that day were 3.0% nationwide and 2.9% in the metropolitan area, based on Nielsen Korea’s paid households.
