Coupang Play series ‘Family Plan’ has caught attention by suddenly revealing five character posters that foreshadow the identities of the suspicious family.
Coupang Play series ‘Family Plan’ (Creator: Kim Jung-min | Director: Kim Gok, Kim Seon | Cast: Bae Doo-na, Ryu Seung-beom, Baek Yoon-sik, Romon, Lee Soo-hyun | Provided by: Coupang Play | Production: Keyeast, Ordinary Gem, Monster Union, Borderless Film) is the story of a mother with a special ability to freely edit memories who joins hands with her family to bring hell to villains.
The five character posters that have been revealed overwhelm the eyes with the intense aura of the five family members shrouded in secret. The empty expression of the mother ‘Young-soo’ (Bae Doo-na) whose emotions are unknown and the copy, “Bring her home and Mom will take care of it” arouse curiosity about his special ability called ‘Brain Hacking’. The father ‘Cheol-hee’ (Ryu Seung-beom), who seems a bit sloppy, but has a strong charisma as he says, “I can hit you once or twice first”, adds to the anticipation for the incidents that will happen to this suspicious family.
The copy, “Hasn‘t today become more like a family than yesterday”, and the stern expression of the grandfather ‘Kang-seong’ (Baek Yoon-sik) arouse curiosity about the true nature of the five people who are not related by blood but live as a family. The contrasting personalities of the siblings are revealed in the appearance of the son ‘Ji-hoon’ (Romon), who says with a cool smile “Let’s take him home. Mom will take care of it”, and the daughter ‘Ji-woo’ (Lee Soo-hyun), who says with a disgruntled expression, “What are you doing in the corner of the house? Don‘t you have a family photo?”.
While the five members of ‘Family Plan’ each radiate strong force, clues hinting at the specific secrets of each character are hidden throughout the poster, adding to the fun of watching.
The Coupang Play series ‘Family Plan’, which is raising expectations by revealing five character posters, will be released for the first time on Friday, November 29 at 8 PM.
