An intense wave that will change the lives of Go Hyun-jung and Ryeo-woon is foreshadowed.
The Genie TV original drama ‘Namib’ (written by Eom Sung-min, directed by Han Sang-jae, Kang Min-goo, planned by KT Studio Genie, produced by SLL, and Studio Woo Young-soo), which will be aired for the first time on Monday, December 23rd at 10 PM, has released a first teaser video containing the intense eye contact between star producer Kang Soo-hyun (played by Go Hyun-jung) and long-term trainee Yoo Jin-woo (played by Ryeo-woon), foreshadowing the waves that will hit their lives.
The first teaser video, which opens with the scenery of the Namib Desert where the desert and the sea meet, captures attention with the meeting between Kang Soo-hyun, a woman as desolate as the desert, and Yoo Jin-woo, a child who drifts like the sea. In front of the painting of crashing waves, Yoo Jin-woo and Kang Soo-hyun looking at him, the yellow light shining on them is reminiscent of the landscape of the Namib Desert.
In particular, the contrast between the dry Kang Soo-hyun and the constantly swaying eyes of Yoo Jin-woo makes us even more curious about the harmony between the two. Like the phrase in the first teaser video, ‘Where the desert and the sea meet and become a dream’, attention is focused on whether these two with opposite personalities will be able to meet and achieve their goal.
Attention is also focused on the chemistry between Go Hyun-jung (as Kang Soo-hyun) and Ryeo-woon (as Yoo Jin-woo), who will portray the mentor and mentee project between Kang Soo-hyun and Yoo Jin-woo. As the scenes are filled with just their expressions and leave a lingering impression, the first episode of ‘Namib’, which Go Hyun-jung and Ryeo-woon will complete together, is highly anticipated.
‘Namib’, a Genie TV original drama that contains the story of fired star producer Kang Soo-hyun and released long-term trainee Yoo Jin-woo meeting and moving forward to achieve their respective goals, will premiere on December 23 (Mon) at 10 PM through Genie TV, Genie TV Mobile, and ENA.
