City Boys have IN the nature of Lapland with their adaptability to the storm that even the locals are surprised by.

In the tvN show ‘Living in a Shared Room in Finland’ (directed by Lee Se-young) that aired on the 13th, Lee Je-hoon, Lee Dong-hwi, Kwak Dong-yeon, and Cha Eun-woo, who went boat fishing, chopping firewood, and even cooked in a gas-free outdoor kitchen, leveled up to the life of a Lapland nature person after going through hardships.

As a result, ‘Living in a Shared Room in Finland’ recorded an average of 3.3% and a peak of 4.1% in the metropolitan area, and an average of 2.8% and a peak of 3.6% nationwide, ranking first in the same time slot on cable and comprehensive channels for both the metropolitan area and nationwide. Also, tvN‘s target audience of 2049 male and female viewers ranked first in the same time slot among cable and comprehensive channels in both the metropolitan area and nationwide. On this day, the four actors set out on the lake on a boat to get ingredients for dinner before the sun set. The City Boys, who were flustered even wearing life jackets and getting on the boat, finally arrived at the middle of the lake after many twists and turns and cast their fishing rods.

While the beautiful scenery at sunset made the City Boys’ hearts flutter, the fishing rods jiggled and the actors finally tasted their first bite since entering Lapland.

The four people‘s hopes for a sumptuous dinner table grew, but the fish they caught were very small baby bass, so they had no choice but to let them go with regret. This is because in Lapland, you can only eat fish that are over 20cm long. The lifestyle of the Lapps, who always keep their promises to nature, surprised the viewers.

Although there was no harvest, the City Boys, who had learned valuable skills such as chopping firewood and even fishing on a boat, began preparing dinner with the vegetables provided by the landlord. While the main chef Kwak Dong-yeon and assistant chef Cha Eun-woo made potato rye sujebi and stir-fried potato strips, respectively, cooking novices Lee Je-hoon and Lee Dong-hwi showed off their fantastic teamwork by lighting a fire and chopping firewood.

With the active help of their older brothers, Kwak Dong-yeon and Cha Eun-woo finished making hot potato rye sujebi and delicious stir-fried potato strips, finishing their first dinner in Lapland. It was a simple kitchen without gas, water, a refrigerator, or a potato knife, but the potato table that the City Boys created together stimulated the viewers’ salivary glands.

After spending their first night with a satisfying dinner, the City Boys greeted a quiet morning in the rented room that they had become accustomed to. Lee Je-hoon and Cha Eun-woo, sitting side by side by the lake with an open mind, enjoyed the tranquil nature. The two who were about to take a bath in the lake said, “Don’t you usually not shower on your days off?” and gave up on showering, saying, “I only shower when I feel like ‘I need to shower’ about ten times,” causing an uproar of laughter.

From Lee Dong-hwi who used an eco-friendly toilet all night to Kwak Dong-yeon who made coffee by lighting a bonfire, all the City Boys are slowly adapting to the countryside. These guys, who have upgraded from having zero survival skills to country bumpkins, boldly take on the challenge of looking at a map and going on a town outing in Finland without the internet. It makes you wonder if the City Boys will be able to arrive safely in town.

The lively local life of the City Boys who cannot live without the internet is unfolding on tvN’s ‘Living in a Shared Room in Finland’, which will air on the 20th at 8:40 p.m.
