‘Groom Class’ Kim Jong-min is going on a ‘Newlywed Home Hunt’.
On the 144th episode of ‘These Days Men‘s Life - Groom Class’ on Channel A, which aired on the 18th, Kim Jong-min meets Koyote member Baek-ga and goes on a forestry tour to look for a new home.
On this day, Kim Jong-min said, “Among my acquaintances, I think Baek-ga is a friend who knows about real estate and financial investment. Whenever Baek-ga says he bought something somewhere, that place becomes a hot place”, showing his strong trust in Baek-ga. After that, he puts Baek-ga in his car and heads to a nearby real estate agency. While in the car, Kim Jong-min asks, “How did you become interested in real estate?”, and Baek-ga reveals, “To be honest, we all had difficult times growing up, but I had an even more difficult life, so I always had a romantic notion of a house since I was young.” He then confesses the trauma he suffered at the time, saying, “There was a time when nine cats fell from the roof while I was sleeping.”
Baekga also adds, “I went to that neighborhood (after becoming an adult) and I was curious to see if the house I lived in as a child was still there, so I went. The bathroom was still outside (the house), and it was the same. When I saw that, I thought, ’I‘ve succeeded!’ My dream was to live in a house with an inside bathroom.” Hearing this, the studio mentors say, “That‘s amazing,” and give Baekga a ’thumbs up‘.
A little while later, Kim Jong-min and Baekga meet a real estate agent to discuss their newlywed home. The real estate agent asks, “What kind of house do you want?” and Kim Jong-min replies, “I don’t have any specific plans yet as to what kind of house I want to live in, such as a house or an apartment, but I‘d like a house with an open view, good lighting, good water and toilet pressure, and no bugs.” He reveals his romantic ideas about his new home.
The real estate agent then says, “There’s an apartment with a view of the Han River from the kitchen window,” and “highly recommends” one. Kim Jong-min said, “I‘ll do the dishes, so I’ll look at the Han River view while doing the dishes (in the new house)” and liked it, and Shim Jin-hwa, the ‘Dating Department Manager’, applauded Kim Jong-min for already showing off his romantic side, saying, “The word ‘washing the dishes’ comes out naturally, that‘s cool!”
You can watch the real estate tour with Baekga to see if Kim Jong-min can find the new house that fits his dreams on Episode 144 of ‘Groom Class’, which airs on Channel A at 9:30 PM on the 18th (Wednesday).
