‘Check In Hanyang’Kim Ji-eun declared war on Kim Min-jung.

In episode 7 of Channel A‘s Saturday-Sunday drama ‘Check In Hanyang’ (written by Park Hyun-jin/directed by Myung Hyun-woo and Noh Kyu-yeop) aired on January 11, the story of Hong Deok-soo (played by Kim Ji-eun) who, despite Seol Mae-hwa’s (played by Kim Min-jung) interference, was released from the Police Station with the help of Lee Eun-ho (played by Bae In-hyeok) and returned to Yongcheonru was depicted.

Hong Deok-soo, who was taken to the Police Station as a suspect in the Seochon murder case that day, was slapped while protesting his innocence. Lee Eun-ho, Cheon Jun-hwa (played by Jung Gun-joo), and Go Soo-ra (played by Park Jae-chan), who ran to the Police Station in one go for Hong Deok-soo, were heartbroken upon seeing this. In particular, Lee Eun-ho realized that he was also involved in this case after seeing the bloody sword presented by Byeong-pan (played by Yoon Je-moon) as evidence.

After that, Lee Eun-ho and Cheon Jun-hwa each took action to save Hong Deok-soo. First, Cheon Jun-hwa went to see his father Cheon Bang-ju (played by Kim Eui-sung) and Seol Mae-hwa to ask for help. However, Cheon Bang-ju firmly refused, saying, “If Hong Deok-soo is that valuable to you, solve it with your own strength.” Seol Mae-hwa also refused to cooperate, saying, “Taesang Bang-ju gave a strict order.” Even the pawnshops in Hanyang refused to pawn Cheon Jun-hwa‘s items under Yongcheon-ru’s orders. After much effort, Cheon Jun-hwa barely managed to obtain a piece of silver and went to see Byeong-pan, but was flatly rejected.

Lee Eun-ho confirmed that his sword was missing from the palace and became even more certain that this case was a trap set against him. He kept worrying about Hong Deok-soo, but he thought it was because Hong Deok-soo had half of the Hwangdonggeumsi.

Meanwhile, Seol Mae-hwa went to find Jae-on Hong (Hong Deok-soo) and gave him consolation money. Hong Deok-soo, who found out about this in prison, decided to escape from prison because he needed to meet Seol Mae-hwa. He tricked the guards into stealing the key and got out of prison, but was arrested right before he met Seol Mae-hwa and was locked up again.

Chun Joon-hwa tried to save Hong Deok-soo with a piece of silver, but failed and went to see Cheon Bang-ju again. Seeing Cheon Joon-hwa suggesting, “Buy me,” Cheon Bang-ju wonders about Hong Deok-soo’s existence that made her son act like this and promises to help him this time.

Lee Eun-ho went to see Hong Deok-soo in prison after receiving a connection from Beom-ho (Bae Jae-won). He left a peach tree branch and ointment for Hong Deok-soo who had collapsed. When Hong Deok-soo woke up in the morning and saw this, he realized that Lee Eun-ho had come and gone by looking at the peach tree branch. Lee Eun-ho also went to see Byeong-pan and proposed a deal. Lee Eun-ho asked him to release Hong Deok-soo using the appointment of Prince Seonyang as bait. Byeong-pan, who only wanted the appointment of Prince Seonyang, immediately released Hong Deok-soo.

Hong Deok-soo, who came out of the police station, went straight to Cheon Bang-ju. Seol Mae-hwa, who had heard the news of Hong Deok-soo‘s release and tried to find him first, was one step behind. Hong Deok-soo and Cheon Bang-ju then met Seol Mae-hwa together. Hong Deok-soo begged her to prove that he was worthy of staying at Yongcheonru. Seol Mae-hwa tried to strongly refuse, but Cheon Bang-ju allowed it.

Cheon Bang-ju left first, leaving Hong Deok-soo and Seol Mae-hwa alone. Hong Deok-soo pressures Seol Mae-hwa, saying, “I know who the informant is who reported to the police and framed him for murder,” and declares war, saying, “I will never run away like a coward.” This has raised curiosity about why Seol Mae-hwa tried to kick Hong Deok-soo out of Yongcheonru and how the conflict between them will unfold.

Episode 8 of Channel A’s Saturday-Sunday drama ‘Check In Hanyang’, which depicts the process in which Kim Ji-eun, who has returned, proves her qualifications to remain at Yongcheonru, will air today (the 12th) at 9:10 p.m. on Sunday.
