Meanwhile, Park Han-byul married former Yuri Holdings CEO Yoo In-seok in 2017 and they have two sons. CEO Yoo In-seok was brought to trial on charges of embezzling company money and arranging prostitution while working with Seungri, a former member of the group Big Bang.

Since the controversy, Park Han-byul has stopped her entertainment activities and has settled in Jeju Island, where she has been running a cafe. Park Han-byul announced her return in April when she signed an exclusive contract with her new agency Rise Entertainment, but announced the termination six months later.
