Hwang In-yeop, Jung Chae-yeon, and Bae Hyun-seong reveal their relationship.

JTBC‘s Wednesday drama ‘Prefabricated Family’ (written by Hong Si-young and directed by Kim Seung-ho) is a work that contains the story of those who have ‘assembled’ a family with their own stories. The story of Kim San-ha (played by Hwang In-yeop), Yoon Joo-won (played by Jung Chae-yeon), and Kang Hae-joon (played by Bae Hyun-seong), who have grown up relying on each other since childhood because they shared similar pain, garnered attention from the first episode. Three warm-hearted youths who can overcome anything in the world as long as they have each other. Hwang In-yeop, Jung Chae-yeon, and Bae Hyun-seong, who played each character, personally touched on the relationships between the characters.

According to the production team, Hwang In-yeop said, “Kim San-ha is the character with the most mature thoughts among the three, so he seems to want to protect Yoon Joo-won and Kang Hae-joon from the criticism and ridicule of others.” He added, “Yoon Joo-won is like a ray of sunshine that makes Kim San-ha smile and is his savior, while Kang Hae-joon is a friend and older brother who he always wants to support and cheer for.”

Jung Chae-yeon said, “Kim San-ha and Kang Hae-joon think that they are protecting Yoon Joo-won, but Yoon Joo-won actually thinks of himself as the one who needs to take care of Kim San-ha and Kang Hae-joon.” She added, “I think that in the end, they take care of each other and need each other.”

Bae Hyun-seong said, “Kim San-ha is a friend like an older brother that Kang Hae-joon can vent his anger and confide in, while Yoon Joo-won is a cute younger brother and friend that Kang Hae-joon needs to protect. All of the other family members are precious, but Yoon Joo-won is Kang Hae-joon’s number one priority. I think that if something happens, Kang Hae-joon will think of Yoon Joo-won first.”

Each one has its own meaning, but the relationships shown by the characters have already been outlined. The three people developing feelings for each other in their family are expected to be a dramatic and interesting point in the future.
