The future of the innocent youths 10 years in the future will be revealed.

In the JTBC Wednesday drama ‘Prefabricated Family’ (written by Hong Si-young and directed by Kim Seung-ho) to be aired on the 6th, high school students Kim San-ha (played by Hwang In-yeop), Yoon Joo-won (played by Jung Chae-yeon), and Kang Hae-joon (played by Bae Hyun-sung) will continue their untold stories as adults.

According to the production team, the three people who spent their childhood as a family, always together through happy and sad times, are shocked when their two older brothers suddenly face a crisis of separation before they turn 20. Kim San-ha decides to go to Seoul to take care of his paralyzed mother, and Kang Hae-joon decides to go to the United States with his biological father because he feels bad for being a burden to Yoon Jung-jae (played by Choi Won-young), leaving Yoon Joo-won alone in Haedong, where he grew up with them.

Since they shared similar pain, they lived happily, protecting and comforting each other even in the face of the world‘s harsh gaze, making their separation due to blood family all the more heartbreaking. In particular, Yoon Joo-won’s tearful words, “You mean you‘re both going to find your real families?” made us realize once again how special they were to each of them.

In the meantime, episodes 9 and 10 will tell a new story of the three youths who meet again as adults 10 years later. The photos released by the production team show different sides of Kim San-ha, Yoon Joo-won, and Kang Hae-joon, who have grown up well.


However, unlike Kim San-ha, who is talking to a patient in a doctor’s gown, and Yoon Joo-won, who has become a proper pastry chef and even personally gathers the ingredients, curiosity is drawn to Kang Hae-joon‘s current situation whose identity is unknown. Unlike his boyish past, he shows a more manly aura, but he is expected to receive the ‘warm hands’ of his family members as he looks like a complete unemployed person.

More than anything, will the people who meet again after 10 years since their unexpected separation be able to share the same strong friendship as before?

Episodes 9 and 10 of ‘Prefabricated Family’ will air twice consecutively on the 6th at 8:50 PM.
