Actress Jung So-min is returning to the small screen with a romantic comedy.

According to multiple entertainment officials, Jung So-min has been cast as the female lead in the new drama ‘Space Marry Me’.

‘Space Marry Me’ is a romantic comedy that tells the story of a fake couple on their honeymoon. It is being written by Lee Ha-na, who wrote ‘My Secret Romance’, ‘Sassy Single Lady’, and ‘Sassy Single Lady’. Choi Woo-shik has been chosen for the male lead and is currently considering the role.

Jung So-min, who debuted in the 2010 drama ‘Bad Guy’, has since appeared in the dramas ‘Playful Kiss’, ‘Sound of Your Heart’, ‘My Father is Strange’, ‘Can We Get Married?’, ‘Because This is My First Life’, ‘A Hundred Million Stars Falling from the Sky’, ‘Monthly House’, ‘Hwanhon 1’, ‘Mom‘s Friend’s Son’, and the movies ‘Twenty’, ‘Daddy is a Daughter’, ‘Gisaeng Man’, ‘30 Days’.

Meanwhile, ‘Marry Me in Space’ is currently in the process of casting, aiming to air or premiere in 2025. It is reported that the lineup is under discussion with SBS.
